  • At Call-Light, we maintain a carefully curated roster of exceptional nurses. Each nurse is personally interviewed and reference-checked to ensure professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence. We also verify that every contractor holds an active Texas nursing license and carries current malpractice liability insurance.

    1. Fill out our client information form to get started. Please be as detailed as possible with what services you need.

    2. A Call-Light Care Manager will contact you to gather more information about your loved one’s medical history, care requirements, nurse preferences, etc.

    3. We will hand-select available nurses who match your criteria and schedule interviews between you and the nurse(s).

    4. Based on your feedback, we’ll seamlessly coordinate your selected nurse(s) and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout the experience.

  • Call-Light charges clients a service fee for vetting, matching, and scheduling their nurse(s). Nurses are paid directly, and those costs are reflected in your weekly invoice. For example, if you schedule a team of three nurses for 24/7 care, you’ll receive one consolidated invoice each week showing the agreed nurse rates plus the Call-Light service fee.
